Summary: fluid is heated by heat exchangers and with high-speed circulation,, by means othe upper tube sheet of hydrostatic head, inhibit the fluid is boiling inside of tube. Fluid flow into the separator, the pressure inside of tube sharply down,  secondary flash steam separation. High flow rate of fluid through the heater, which can be kept relatively low temperature, the maximum degree of reduction of the heating surface sediments and scaling trends.
